A play titled 'Mahayatra' was staged at Sangeet Natak Akademi, recently. Through the play director, Lalit Singh Pokhariya beautifully depicted the life journey of Gautam Buddha. Depiction of how Siddhartha left his palace to gain enlightenment and become Buddha was depicted in the play.
The play consisted of about 23 characters who portrayed their characters well.
