In an exclusive chat with TimesofIndia.com, Rashmi confirmed that she was approached for the third season but she is not part of it. She further added that she was in fact approached for the previous two seasons as well. But Rashmi feels that she doesn’t belong there. “I’m approached for every season in fact. I’m aware of the popularity of the show but given my shows Dhee Jodi and Extra Jabardasth, I don’t quite get to accommodate a show like Bigg Boss,” states Rashmi.

The popular TV host, who once ruled the roost, is missing from action on TV from quite some time. Perhaps, this is one of the reasons why she was speculated to be planning a comeback with the upcoming third edition of Bigg Boss Telugu.

When she was quizzed about the same in her recent chat with TimesofIndia.com, Udaya Bhanu stated that she was approached for the show but she turned down the offer. The actress further added that she turned down many lucrative offers just because she wants to stay devoted to her twin daughters now. “My twin daughters Bhumi Aaradhya and Yuvi Nakshatra are my world now. I want to be devoted to them right now. I’ve turned down many lucrative offers and nothing comes before them in the phase I’m in right now,” states the happy mother.

Her good nexus in the Telugu film industry has just added weight to the speculations. However, Jwala recently tweeted, "No 'Bigg Boss' for me... All false rumours,"

He is one of the biggies who were speculated to be hosting Bigg Boss Telugu season 3. The third season needed a bigwig like him as a host and he appeared as a special guest on Bigg Boss Telugu 2 grand finale as well.

However, Venkatesh, in one of his recent interview to a news channel, confirmed that there is no truth in rumours claiming that he is hosting Bigg Boss Telugu 3.

Besides Rashmi Gautam, Jwala Gutta and others, eminent playback singer Hemachandra was also speculated to be part of the show. However, the Bol Baby Bol 11 host took to his Instagram to clear the air.

Putting rumours to rest, Hemachandra mentioned that he is not going to take part in the forthcoming Bigg Boss Telugu season 3.
