Bigg Boss Telugu 6: Amid reports of Shrihan becoming the first finalist, a look at ex-contestants who won the ticket to finale

Bigg Boss Telugu season 6 is showcasing an intense contest between the contestants for the coveted ticket to finale. Latest reports reveal that actor-social media influencer Shrihan has become the first finalist of the season. While an official confirmation is awaited at the moment, here's a quick look back at former contestants who made it into the finale first.

As per close sources, Shrihan has won the ticket to finale in the ongoing season 6 of Bigg Boss Telugu, thereby becoming the first finalist of the soon-to-conclude season. However, an official confirmation is awaited at the moment. It remains to be seen if tonight's (December 3) episode will declare the same.

To the unaware, Shrihan, Revanth and Adi Reddy were seen participating in one of the recent challenges. While Revanth was the lead scorer, Revanth and Adi Reddy had a tie. Shrihan has won the tiebreaker task in the recent episode while Adi thought it was 'unfair' adding that the tiebreaker must be a different task but the same one. Shrihan is most likely to win the last challenge against Revanth and thereby the ticket to finale as well.

In Bigg Boss Telugu season 5, Sreerama Chandra has become the first finalist by winning a physical task against Maanas. Notably, in the season, Sreerama Chandra got injured in the first level of the ticket to finale race. He suffered cold feet in the first challenge of the ticket to the finale and was given rest while VJ Sunny played a few challenges on his behalf. However, Sreerama Chandra participated in the pulley task against Maanas.

In season 4 of Bigg Boss Telugu, Akhik Sarthak and Syed Sohel Ryan competed in the third round of the race to the finale. In a task that tested their endurance levels, the two had to sit on a swinging chair until one of them backed out. Abhijeet was the Sanchalak of the task. They had to wear a sweater and a jacket each. They had to then drink a glass of milk each. Sohel and Akhil then had to feed radish juice to each other and also justify why they deserve to win the ticket to finale and why the other person doesn’t deserve it. Akhil and Sohel engage in a heated argument during the task. Eventually, Akhi managed to win the task while Sohel opted out. In the weekend episode that followed, Akhil received the finale medal from Sohel.

Season 3's winner Rahul Sipligunj was indeed the first contestant to make it to the finale. He won the ticket to finale. He was also an exception as he was the only contestant in the history of the TV series in Telugu to win the ticket to finale and show. In the ticket to finale race, Rahul and Sreemukhi tred to arrange their respective dominos in the garden area. Rahul won the task thereby improving his chances to reach finale. In the episode, after announcing that Rahul is safe from nominations, Bigg Boss appreciated Rahul for becoming the first contestant to enter the finale in season 3. Rahul received his ticket to finale and thanked Bigg Boss. He showed his ticket to the rest of the contestants.

In season 2 hosted by Nani, no one won the ticket to finale. In the ticket to finale task, Tanish and Samrat tried to push Deepthi and Syamala out of the car respectively. With a few minutes to spare, Samrat stepped out of the car as he wanted to use the washroom. By the end of the task, Tanish, Syamala and Deepthi stayed inside the car. Bigg Boss announced that none of the inmates have got the ‘Ticket to finale’ for the season.

The debut season of Bigg Boss Telugu hosted by Jr NTR had no ticket to finale. Hariteja, Adarsh, Navdeep, Hariteja and Siva Balaji reached the finals based on voting in the 72-day season.
