Bigg Boss Telugu 3 evicted contestant Tamanna Simhadri: From a wild card entry to some major fights, a look at her journey in the house

Transgender contestant Tamanna Simhadri got evicted from Nagarjuna Akkineni’s Bigg Boss Telugu season 3 in the third round of eviction on August 11 (Sunday). Here’s a quick look at her controversial journey in the house.

Tamanna Simhadri’s entry into the BB house indeed took the housemates by surprise. On her very first day in the house, Tamanna took a dig at Varun Sandesh’s behaviour with Mahesh in the first week.

The task where Ali was crowned as the king and he made the male contestants dress like females and vice versa, didn’t go well with Tamanna. She posed a serious objection to the task citing that it demeans transgenders. She also launched a personal attack on Ali for continuing with the task. Tamanna came under the fire for the first time in this episode.

Tamanna was jailed along with Varun Sandesh for being named as the worst performer in a task. This punishment left Tamanna very emotional. However, she found friends in Varun, Sreemukhi, Rohini and others when she was in jail. She shared her bitter past, goals and aspirations with them. This brief period in jail got her close to a few housemates.

When a few housemates complained to Varun, the captain of the house, that she is not performing her cleaning duties well, Tamanna stated that she is alone in the house and the rest of the housemates are targeting her.

In one of the arguments with Siva Jyothi, Tamanna went on to comment that journalists are actors. This left Siva Jyothi, who is a news presenter in real life, seriously offended. Siva Jyothi hit back at Tamanna protesting the latter’s comments. Tamanna, however, apologized to the journalist community in one of the recent weekend episodes.

Ramakrishna was Tamanna’s dearest friend in the house but she made a spate of offensive comments targeting him when the latter nominated her for eviction. In a heated argument that followed, she didn’t spare anyone who tried to protest her comments. This created ripples in the house and did not go well with Bigg Boss viewers as well. Netizens even asked for a mid-week elimination of Tamanna for her inappropriate behaviour in the house.

Tamanna was the only contestant in the house to stand by Himaja in the latter’s spat with Ali Reza. Tamanna picked a fight with Ali supporting Himaja in the issue. Later, host Nagarjuna slammed Ali for his inappropriate behaviour with Himaja and also appreciated Tamanna for her stance.

Amidst the fights and hatred, Tamanna found love in the house. While Sreemukhi and Himaja are her dearests, Tamanna considers Baba Bhaskar as her parent and mentor as well. She got emotional while talking about Baba Bhaskar during her eviction. Given a chance, she wants to reenter the house for sure.
