Bharathi Kannamma’s Roshini Haripriyan and Poove Unnakaga’s Radhika Preethi, who were popularly known for their roles Kannamma and Poovarasi, decided to call it quits. Apart from them, a few actors from popular sitcoms like Vananthai Pola and Anbe Sivam also decided to leave the show. ​Roshini Haripriyan quits Bharathi Kannamma


Actor Roshni Haripriyan, who garnered a huge fan following for playing the lead role of Kannamma in the Tamil daily soap Barathi Kannamma, quit the popular serial last year. Earlier, it was rumoured that she had bagged the opportunity to act in films. But currently, the actress is participating in Cook with Comali season 3 as one of the cooks.

​Thaman Kumar quits Vanathai Pola


Following the exit of actress Swetha Khegle aka Thulasi, actor Thaman, who plays the role of Chinnarasu, the brother of Thulasi, announced his exit from 'Vanathai Pola' series. Earlier, actress Swetha Khelge, who starred as Thulasi, announced her exit from the show. Neither the actor nor the production crew have revealed the actual reason behind his walk-out.

​Raksha Holla's exit from Anbe Sivam


Actress Raksha Holla announced her exit from the serial Anbe Sivam which sparked controversy. In the note she shared on Instagram, she wrote, ‘Now that everyone knows I am out of Anbe Sivam, I confirm that 'yes, I am out of it and the team didn’t even bother to inform me till date’. Though the rumour is rife that she was expelled from the serial due to weight gain, no official statements have been made by the production.

Nithya Dass was well received by television audiences for her portrayal of Yamuna, Gautham's wife.The show consistently performs on the TRP charts and has also crossed the mark of 300 episodes. However, the actress had announced her exit from the show recently.
