The actress shared her Instagram story, and she wrote, “When I play as Bhoomika, it truly tugs at my heartstrings, and I feel a profound and intense connection to her character. It’s a deeply emotional experience for me.” Delna made her debut with the Tamil movie Vidiyum Varai Pesu in the year 2014. She became known after her role as Viji in the movie Kurangu Bommai. She made her television debut in serials with Anbe Vaa in 2020. In the same year, she also appeared in the daily soap Roja along with Priyanka Nalkari.

Actress Sherin Janu has officially announced her exit from the popular show Ponni c/o Rani. recently she shared an Instagram story and announced, "Yes! Officially, I have quit the Ponni C/O Rani serial. I have some personal things to do that is why I am quitting the show and definitely miss everyone on the set.
