Sukhasan for positive energy

This image may make you want to practice yoga too. The entertainer clarified the significance of the Yogasan and inscribed it as "Starting a new section here on my page. Probably my fav.section�� #योग �� Not forgetting to mention that, I am not a trainer or something. It's just that, my mom introduced me to yoga and I've been with yoga for almost around 10 years. So just sharing what I've learned so far. Above all this, as I’ve always been talking about how much I love yoga and why. So along with the asanas,I will try to remind you al the same. ​Ardha Halasan for fat loss

The actress performed Ardha Halasana and clarified the importance of the position to her fans. She stated, "Ardha means half and Hala means plow. It is an intermediate posture to perform Halasana hence it is named as Ardha Halasana. This Aasana is an excellent exercise for the pelvic region. Ardha Pawan Muktasan for menstrual issues

The actress performed Ardha Pawan Muktasan and explained that the asana assists with menstrual issues. She shared a picture of hers performing the position and expressed, "The Wind-Relieving Pose is a reclined posture that is suitable for everyone, whether they are beginners or advanced practitioners. This pose helps to release digestive gases from the intestines and stomach with great ease. This aasana is improved digestion. It’s a great stretch for the abdomen, hips & the thighs leaving the lower body toned & supple. It helps in relieving back pain & has a substantial impact on the pelvic joint. Naukasana for body shape

Ruchira nailed one of the hardest Aasanas of Yoga. In this image, Ruchira can be seen attempting to perform Naukasana flawlessly. Describing on the importance of the asaan, she stated, "Naukasana comes from the two Sanskrit words 'Nauka' which means 'boat' and 'asana' meaning 'posture' or 'seat'. It is a posture in which our body takes the shape of a boat. Naukasana strengthens the abdominal muscles. It strengthens the muscles of the arms, thighs, and shoulders. ​Chakrasana for arm strengthening

Sharing an image of her doing that Chakrasana or the wheel pose, Ruchira explained its significance. She expressed, "Chakra in Sanskrit means Wheel. In Chakrasana, the final position looks like a wheel, hence the name. The actress captioned it as, “Strengthens liver, pancreas, and kidneys. Excellent for the heart. Good for infertility, asthma, and osteoporosis. Strengthens arms, shoulders, hands, wrists, and legs. Stretches the chest and lungs. Strengthens the arms and wrists, legs, buttocks, abdomen, and spine. Stimulates the thyroid and pituitary glands. Increases energy and counteracts depression”. (PC - Instagram)

​Halasana for spinal cord

Halasana is one important pose the actress stresses upon. She wrote, "Improves the tone and strength of back muscles and spinal cord as the back is folded, as well as the leg and abdominal muscles. Improves the working of the spinal nerves by creating pressure on the nerves in the neck region which are normally sympathetic, thus enhancing the operation of the sympathetic nervous system.” (PC - Instagram)

​Natarajasana to reduce weight

Ruchira cherishes the Natarajasana, one of the perfect Yoga poses. Posturing the same she wrote: "Natarajasana or Lord of the dance yoga takes its name from god Shiva-the lord of dancers. The pose is of grace nature. Strengthens legs hips, ankles, and chest. It helps to reduce weight. Stretches the thighs, groin, and abdominal organs. It improves posture and balance.
