Played vamp in Chaar Divas Saasuche

Shweta made her television debut with the popular series Kata Rute Kunala in 2005. Later, she played a negative role in Char Divas Sasuche and she never had to look back. She has also appeared in popular TV shows like Avaghachi Ha Sansar, Vaadalvaat, Lakshya, etc and played negative characters. (PC -Instagram)

​Marriage with Sandeep Bhansali

Shweta married her close friend Sandeep Bhansali who is also an actor. Sandeep has appeared in the Hindi daily soaps like “Who Rehne Vali Mehlon Ki’,“Eshwar Sakshi”, and “Aparadhi Kaun” etc. The duo met on the set of Aparadhi Kaun as their love blossomed. The actress surprised her fans by making her comeback on the small screen by producing a daily soap in 2017. She has produced popular show Laagir Zala Ji starring Shivani Baokar and Nitish Chavan. Shivani played the role of Shital in Laagir Zala Ji. Shital is a rural girl who marries a brave soldier (Nitish Chavan). The show got popularity in a very short period and won the audience’s heart. Shweta made her comeback as a lead actress by playing the character of a strict and disciplined dean of a medical college in Doctor Don. The show also stars Devdatta Nage.
