Failed in 12th-grade

The 12th-grade exams were the major turning point in Subodh’s life. He had failed in 3 subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) in the board exam. And the actor is very proud of this as he believes this failure led him towards acting, his first love. He also believes that acadamic examinations cannot decide someone’s success or failure in life. Couldn’t become a doctor or an engineer

Married to a childhood friend

Subodh fell in love with his wife Manjiri Oak during his childhood days. It was love at first sight for him. Manjiri was in 8th-grade and he was in 10th when he first saw her. Later, Subodh proposed to her and the two got married in 2001. (Photo: Instagram)
