Marathi actor Prithvik Pratap, who shot to fame with Maharashtrachi Hasya Jatra, is all set to feature in the film, Delivery Boy. The actor is delighted, and he shared his excitement with fans during an interview with ETimes TV. Prithvik poured his heart out about getting featured in a Marathi film, balancing his film career with Maharashtrachi Hasya Jatra and his love for plays and acting.

​Prithvik is grateful for Hasya Jatra team​

Prithvik is a part of the comedy reality show Maharashtrachi Hasya Jatra, and he thanked the makers and team of the show for allowing him to pursue his interest in the films despite his busy schedule. He said, "I shoot for Hasya Jatra, and after a schedule, we get off."When a season ends, we inform the audience that we are going off-air and that we will come up with a new season. During such a period, we get offs and holidays, and we wrap up our film or any other project's shoots during that period. I am thankful to the team of the show that they are extremely supportive and always encourage us to do more."

​Prithvik is on cloud 9 about his film project​

Talking about bagging a film project, Delivery Boy, Prithvik said, "It's a surreal feeling. I cannot express in words how much satisfaction a film gives me. Getting a film and featuring in it is a different feeling altogether. Film is a global recognition medium, and it also helps you to challenge your acting skills. I am happy."

​Prithvik shares details about his film​

When asked about his upcoming film, Prithvik said, "It is based on surrogacy, and it has deep content and subject matter that will allow the audience to think about it. The motive of the film is to educate the audience about surrogacy, how it has become a need, and why each region, including villages and small regions, should get aware of it."

​Prithvik's love for plays​

During the chat, Prithvik also spoke about his love for plays and dramas, saying, "I have immense love and respect for theater and plays. It takes courage to perform on the stage with one take. We cannot take retakes in a play. It takes the test of the real actor, and I think an actor should definitely try and experiment in the field."

​Prithvik wants to put extra efforts for his audience​

Prithvik further said that he wants to always entertain the audience and work hard for it his entire life. He said. "I love to balance my work in television and films. I want to stay closer and connected to the audience always. I would love to work hard for it and put extra efforts"
