However, what if this much-loved TV soap becomes a Mollywood movie? Who can be playing the doting Balettan, Kalippan's Kanthari, Anjali, and others. Here’s a look at our imaginary cast.

Who else can play a doting big brother? Megastar Mammootty can be the best Balettan on silverscreen. The serial which often strikes a resemblance to the movie 'Valsalyam' can have Mammotty as Valyettan. In the show, the character is played by Rajeev Parameshwar.

Actress Geetha can be a right choice for the role ‘Devi’ originally nailed by Chippy Renjith in the TV show.
