Vanambadi written update, July 21, 2018: Chandran gets a shock

In the latest episode of Vanambadi, Chandran informs Anu that he got money for her admission. Anu becomes happy and informs about the same to Vinod.
Chandran says that he feels relieved that he could arrange the money for her admission. Nirmala says that she is afraid whether Padmini will do something to stop Anu's admission. She also criticises Chandran for arguing with Padmini.
On the other hand, Padmini requests Rukmini to suggest her a way to stop Anu's admission.Rukmini suggests that the one way is to stop Chandran paying the fee. Padmini starts thinking to find out a way.
In the morning, Chandran gets ready for going to school. He asks Nirmala to get him the money from the cupboard. Nirmala searches inside the cupboard but couldn't find the money. Chandran panics hearing this and searches for the money.
Chandran suspects that it is Padmini, who took the money and rushes to her. Chandran shouts at Padmini for taking his money. Padmini says that she didn't take the money.
Mohan hears the conversation and shouts at Padmini. Mohan warns Padmini to give back the money. Padmini promises of Thamburu and Rukmini that she didn't take the money.
Amma criticises Padmini for taking the money. Padmini promised to her that she didn't take the money and says that she will take any punishment if she is proven guilty.
Chandran breaks into tears and says that he lost all the hopes in life. He is sad that he had given hope to Anu. Nirmala consoles him that he will get back the money.
