The much-awaited finale of the first season of Bigg Boss Malayalam has concluded declaring the TV anchor and people's favorite Sabumon as the winner. Here are the top 10 highlights of the entertaining show.

The introduction of the finale and the 100 day journey of the show was depicted through a piece of sand art, which was indeed poetic.

The show started with the surprise entry of musician Stephen Devassy entering the Bigg Boss house. He was welcomed by the housemates and they had a great time in the house. Later, Stephen, who composed the Bigg Boss theme song has performed the same song on the stage.

Mohanlal, the host of the show, made a majestic entry with his iconic 'photographer' pose. The complete actor has sung some all-time favorite melodies to the audience.

The Bigg Boss Malayalam finale was a colorful get-together for the former contestants. Everyone except Sreelakshmi Sreekumar and Shwetha Menon was present in the studio. They all had stunning entries onto the stage with their journey briefs before and after Bigg Boss.

Along with the dashing performances, three eliminations took part in the finale. Aristo Suresh, Srinish Aravind, Shiyas Kareem got evicted from the house. They quickly joined Mohanlal on the stage and narrated their life inside the house.

The finale has also staged some unexpected surprises. Director Rajeev Kumar offered the finalist Aristo Suresh a chance to act in his next movie. Director Lijo Jose Pellissery and producer Vijay Babu also offered the lead role in their upcoming movies to Sabu, the title winner.

Bigg Joss was one of the popular comedy skits which was staged during the time of Bigg Boss. Inspired by it, popular comedy artists like Manoj Guinness, Devi Chandana, Thesni Khan etc enacted a humorous version of the Bigg Boss show.

Popular playback singer Anne Amie joined Mohanlal for a romantic song and entertained the audience.

Bigg Boss Malayalam finale turned a stage to recollect the various happenings in the house. Mohanlal has played video snippets of different incidents inside the house. From major fights in the house to the most emotional moments, the throwback videos felt nostalgic for the contestants and audience.

The surprise gift for the winner was also revealed by the host. The keys of the flat worth Rs 1 crore was handed over to the winner Sabumon along with the Bigg Boss trophy.
