Kasthooriman written update, September 21, 2018: Kavya learns the truth

In the latest episode of Kasthooriman, Sidharth informs Jeeva that Neethu is pregnant. Jeeva says that Neethu has bribed the gynecologist and prepared a fake report. Jeeva also adds that he will prove his innocence soon and Sidharth promises to help him.At the night, Sreekutty gives medicine to Achamma but she is not ready to take it. Achamma is adamant that she will take medicine from Kavya's hands. She also says that she is ready to die without having medicines.Kavya hears the conversation and she hugs Achamma. Kavya apologizes for her comments and says that she doesn't want any wealth from Eswaramadam. Kavya gives medicine to Achamma and she finally has it. In the morning, Shivani and Indirabhai are discussing about Neethu. Shivani congratulates Indirabhai for her plans of faking the pregnancy. Sreekutty overhears this conversation and informs Kavya about the same.But when Kavya reaches the place, they changed the topic. Shivani says that she will try to defend Jeeva even if Neethu is pregnant.Kavya understands that there is a foul play behind this and decides to question Shivani.On the other hand, Shivani tells Indiarabhai that it was great that they changed the topic when Kavya came. She also says that she had seen Sreekutty overhearing their conversation and was sure that Kavya would come.Kavya meets Shivani and questions about Neethu's pregnancy. Shivani answers that she believed the things Neethu's version.
