Kasthooriman written update, October 05, 2018: Sidharth decides to join Eswaramadam office once again

In the latest episode of Kasthooriman, Kavya and Jeeva try to provoke Neethu. Jeeva says that Neethu's pregnancy is fake. He also adds that he is married to Kavya and no one else can take her place. Jeeva acts to be drunk and rushes to Neethu with a knife. He says that he will do the surgery now and take out the baby. Neethu gets panicked and rushes to Indirabhai.
Indirabhai advice Neethu to be strong and says that Jeeva will not do any harm.She also questions Neethu whether the baby is Jeeva's and Neethu confirms that she is carrying Jeeva's child.
In the morning, Kavya discusses office matters with Keerthi. Kavya shares her doubt over a number of appointments in Eswaramadam office, which might not be done in a proper way. Keerthi says that Sidharth also had some doubts about the same. Kavya calls Sidharth and orders him to reach Eswaramadam soon.
Sidharth reaches Eswaramadam and meets Kavya. Kavya questions Sidharth whether he was cheating on them. She adds that she had found the foul plays Sidharth has done in the office. Sidharth gets a shock hearing this and says that he hadn't done any mistake.
Kavya gives him the documents and Sidharth realizes his mistakes. He says that he will prove his innocence within days. Kavya demands that Sidharth should join the office soon if he needs to prove his innocence. Sidharth accepts Kavya's offer and confirms that he will join soon.
Later, Jeeva questions Kavya for her argument with Sidharth. Kavya says that she has done the correct thing.
