Chandan Kumar completes a decade in the Kannada entertainment industry: A look at his journey

Chandan Kumar is one of the most popular faces of Kannada television. The actor started his career with a reality show and carved his niche in this entertainment industry with his hard work and dedication. However, he is currently beaming the joy of completing a decade in the industry.

Chandan made his television debut as one of the contestants of the reality show. The show was about how 12 people from the city left their urban surroundings and lived and experienced life among the tribes and learned about their progress. It also showcased how the modern-day youth caught in the chaotic life of the city spent time amidst the Sidda tribes learning about their ways and progress.

After his stint in Pyate Mandi Kaadig Bandru, Chandan started his acting career with the show 'Radha Kalyana' as Vishal Bharadwaj. He was paired opposite Kruttika Ravindra.

Chandan shot to fame for his on-screen character 'Chandu' in the show Lakshmi Baramma. Although he quit the show mid-way, his presence in the show is worth a mention.

With enormous fame, Chandan entered the controversial show Bigg Boss Kannada season 3 as one of the contestants. During his stint in the show, -Chandan was at his competitive best. He also managed to bag the runner-up title of the season.
