In the upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Kartik (Mohsin Khan) and Naira (Shivangi Joshi) are all set to get married again. The show will witness a major twist in their upcoming shows.

The makers of the show are trying their best to keep their audiences glued to their daily soap.

The marriage sequence is unique as for the first time they are going to show that post-wedding Naira will go for an operation.

Naira and Kartik's wedding will be simple and the bride will wear pink pastel lehenga. While Kartik will wear a simple sherwani. The two will be colour coordinated and will compliment each other.

Naira and Kartik's family decorate the entire hospital with lights. The lead actors of the show posted a few snaps from the wedding preparations on his Instagram stories.

The marriage sequence will happen in next 4-5 episodes. The current track is garnering a lot of attention from the viewers. The show has been successfully ruling hearts for the last 9 years.

Post surgery, the show will take a six months to leap and the story will then revolve around Kriti and Naksh's relationship.

Goenka and Singhani's will get Kartik and Naira married in the hospital. In the previous episodes of the show, viewers witnessed that Naira is suffering from blood clot in her brain and she has to undergo surgery.

Initially, Naira wanted Kartik to move on but when he got to know about Naira's health condition, he decided to be with her in her difficult time.

Naira agrees to get operated but before that, she tells the entire family that she wants to get married to Kartik. As after surgery, there is a chance of memory loss.
