Twitter trolls Kapil Sharma for passing 'mean comments' on Archana Puran Singh; a look at times when The Kapil Sharma Show mired into controversies

In one of the latest videos shared by Kapil Sharma, Archana Puran Singh was seen seated on the couch opposite a table filled with cakes. She held a knife in her hand and Kapil joked about her appetite. He has also said that she is a woman tangled in a man's body. In one of the shows where special guest John Abraham had graced the show, he had come wearing slippers. Talking about it, Kapil again pulled a joke on Archana and said that even she comes barefoot onto the sets. Not just host Kapil Sharma but co-actor Krushna Abhishek, who plays the character of Sapna from Sapna beauty parlour, also picked on Archana Puran Singh. It was during the recent Diwali special episode when guests Boman Irani, Rajkummar Rao and Mouni Roy had come on the show, Krushna couldn't resist himself from taking a dig at Archana. This happened when actors Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra had to come to promote their recent release. Kiku Sharda and Bharti Singh were in their characters, Baccha Yadav and his son respectively. Bharti as Yadav's son had asked him to get his father replaced. To which, Baccha says that you cannot replace your father. Chandan Prabhakar, who essays the role of Chandu chaiwala and various other characters, is often given lesser prominence in comparison to other characters. On not being seen on the show for quite some time, users asked Chandan the reason behind his absence and affirmed that they were missing him. Chandan had revealed that he is not missing from the show intentionally. Apparently, while on their way to shoot The Kapil Sharma Show, Kapil Sharma reportedly abused Chandan Prabhakar verbally under the influence of alcohol. Sunil Grover intervened into the matter and requested Kapil to maintain discipline as it was disturbing other passengers. As per reports, Kapil did not like Sunil's intervention and threw a shoe at him. Post which, Sunil Grover declined to work with Kapil Sharma eve. Kapil Sharma faced the wrath of nurses from Amritsar for objectifying nurse community on his show. They held a protest and said that Kapil Sharma is not being progressive with his jokes. The nurses further went on to say that it's a portrayal of the Indian men that the host is replicating on his show.
