Suraj on April 5, had a fairytale wedding and she looked breath-takingly gorgeous on her D-day. She ditched the traditional red lehenga for her special day and opted for a pastel attire.
Dressed in a baby pink lehenga and heavy kundan jewellery, Tanya looked simply stunning. However, the highlight was when she decided to enter a bar with her friends minutes after her wedding ceremony. The actress broke all the stereotypes that are attached to a new bride.
She shared a video of the same on her Instagram account where she can be seen entering a pub. She captioned the video as: "I never knew that I was breaking myths until I had all eyes on me while entering a random bar right after my phera ceremony in my traditional bridal attire! They say unplanned acts make the best memories and I couldn’t agree more to this statement when I got my undiscovered bride swag on! #suugottanned PS - Sound ON."
Not just the wedding ceremonies, but Tanya's husband and then boyfriend made sure that even the marriage proposal becomes a memorable affair. He proposed to her on their trip to Maldives on a beach and he literally swept off her feet when he popped the question.
Sharing a stunning picture, the actress wrote a heartfelt post where she talked about how she had no knowledge about her boyfriend's surprise. She wrote, "This picture says a thousand words! When I went to Maldives for a holiday, little did I know that it’ll turn into that reality which I always dreamt of!! When I saw the whole set up right next to the sea And when I thought it was a shoot just then I see him on his knees saying something which i could not hear as I was so awestruck! But then there were tears in my eyes and all I said was ‘of course’.. and I felt like that little girl who stands on the other side and imagines that one day her dream man will come and make her his forever!! Words cannot describe how I felt, all I can say is that it felt like a Dream!! #suugottanned.
