Shweta Tiwari has had it tough on the personal front. The actress' first marriage with Raja Chaudhary failed after she became a victim of domestic violence. Shweta walked out of that marriage with her daughter Palak and then tied the knot with Abhinav Kohli in 2013. Problems, however, began to surface and became public after the birth of their son Reyansh when Shweta filed a complaint against Abhinav. Since then the two have been living separately. In her recent interview to a portal, Shweta blamed herself and said, 'I chose wrong men.'

Ankita Lokhande might not have said anything post her break-up with late Sushant Singh Rajput. However, she had no choice but to clarify that she wasn't the reason behind their split to fans of SSR who accused her of moving on in life with Vicky Jain. In her Instagram Live, the Pavitra Rishta actress said, "Today, people are blaming me but I have never been wrong. And I don't want to prove anyone wrong either. Everyone has their own motive. Sushant always wanted to grow and woh chala gaya apne raaste (he went his way). But why am I abused for it? How does it make me wrong?" She also shared how she had to battle with depression after her break-up.

Neha Kakkar's break-up with Himansh Kohli wasn't an easy one. The two first unfollowed each other on social media and even deleted their photos together. This was followed by Neha's emotional posts on social media in December 2018 which caught everyone's attention. She shared her plight on social media by talking about her break-up publicly on social media and how it's left her broken and vulnerable. Not only this, the Indian Idol judge also said that she went into depression due to her bad relationship. In 2020, Himanshi countered Neha's claims and this made her ask him on social media to not use her name for fame. The popular singer has certainly moved on and is happily married to Rohanpreet Singh.

In early 2020, Sana Khan talked about her split with choreographer Melvin Louis publicly. She accused him of being unfaithful and called him a 'compulsive liar'. She also shared it was not one but multiple girls that were in Melvin's life when she was with him. She went all out and shared screenshots of the messages she had received from other girls who were taken advantage of by Melvin due to his profession. Divyanka Tripathi may not have spoken about her break-up with Sharad Malhotra back in 2015 but later in a show she revealed how the failure of her eight year long relationship broke her heart. On a chat show, Divyanka said, "Aath saal, uss samay aisa lag raha tha jaise zindagi khatam ho rahi hai. (Eight years! At that time I felt my life was coming to an end)." However, Divyanka is now happily married to Vivek Dahiya.

The rumours around Anusha Dandekar and Karan Kundra's break-up surfaced in April 2020. And the VJ-host rested all speculations in her long post on Instagram right before the end of 2020. Naagin fame Adaa Khan became skeptical after she was cheated on by Ankit Gera. The actress didn't shy away from sharing it on a chat show where she revealed, "When it comes to love, I have had a very terrible experience in the past. My ex-boyfriend cheated on me and still, I forgave him thrice. But after a point, I knew that I had to let it go."
