Laughter Chefs judge Harpal Singh Sokhi defends Tejasswi Prakash amid trolling over her cooking skills; says 'She makes food and cooks straight from her heart'
Laughter Chefs season 3 has opened up with great numbers and the show has been entertaining audiences with the mix of cooking and comedy. Season 3 has welcomed a few new pairs and one amongst them is a real-life couple, Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash. While Karan won the previous season of Laughter Chefs, Tejasswi Prakash was the second runner-up of Celebrity MasterChef.
Although audiences appreciated Tejasswi’s fun banter with Kundrra and her lively presence on the show, a section of viewers called her out for her confused cooking skills, especially since she was the runner-up of Celebrity MasterChef. Now, in an interview with HindiRush, Laughter Chefs judge Harpal Singh Sokhi has come in support of Tejasswi against the trolls. He stated in the interview that Tejasswi knows how to cook well and helped win many cooking tasks on the show.

He said, "I disagree with this (Tejasswi being trolled) because she makes food and cooks straight from her heart. Her pairing with Karan is also quite apt because whenever Karan gets stuck, Tejasswi comes to his rescue and vice versa. Surprisingly, many stars that Karan and Tejasswi won in this season were because of Tejasswi and not for what Karan did right."
Harpal defended Tejasswi and even mentioned an incident, "For example, the Poha challenge; they won it only because of what Tejasswi did right. What actually happens on sets while they cook, is not known by many, but we do and thus it's wrong to claim that she is a poor cook," he said.
Laughter Chefs season 3 stars Krushna Abhishek-Kashmera Shah, Debina Bonnerjee-Gurmeet Choudhary, Aly Goni-Jannat Zubair, Vivian Dsena-Eisha Singh, Elvish Yadav-Isha Malviya, Abhishek Kumar-Samarth Jurel. The show is hosted by Bharti Singh and Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi is the judge.
