Kaun Banega Crorepati 13: Kapil Sharma's hilarious stand-up comedy to Sonu Sood reading his late mother's letter; memorable moments from the Shaandaar Shukravaar episode

Kaun Banega Crorepati 13's latest Shaandaar Shukravaar episode was graced by Bollywood actor and philanthropist Sonu Sood along with comedy king Kapil Sharma. Taking the viewers on a rollercoaster ride filled with non-stop entertainment, Sonu Sood and Kapil Sharma with their perfect camaraderie were seen playing the game along with the host Amitabh Bachchan. From Kapil's hilarious stand-up comedy to Sonu Sood reading his late mother's old letter on the show, let's take a look at some of the highlight moments from Kaun Banega Crorepati 13.

During the episode, Kapil Sharma narrated an interesting moment from the time when he visited Big B's house to discuss some show. The king of comedy revealed that he liked a particular snack that was served at Mr Bachchan's house and he happened to praise it. Big B asked his staff to pack some snacks for him and Kapil was so overwhelmed by this gesture and the fact that it was from Amitabh Bachchan's house that he did not open it and it caught fungus. Big B had a hearty laugh over it.

Soon, the host of the show Big B was also seen pulling Kapil's leg over his not-so-punctual behaviour. The host took a dig at Kapil and says that he has come for the shoot right on time. He adds that as per the schedule they had to meet at 12 o’clock and Kapil showed up at exact 4:30. “Aapko humein milna tha 12 baje, thik 4 baje aa gaye hain aap,” he says, leaving the comedian embarrassed and in splits.

When the host Mr Bachchan asked Sonu and Kapil that where will they be contributing the winning amount Sood Charity Foundation. Sonu revealed about meeting 42,000 doctors during the pandemic and getting numerous surgeries done. He further stated that everybody wanted him to start a hospital where the needy people can get medical cure free of cost and he has been working for it. He said he hopes the next time he returns, the hospital will be ready.

Sonu Sood shared that when he visited Kapil on his show, he insisted on Kapil start going to gym and incorporating a healthy routine. Said Sonu: "I told my trainer Yogesh that he needs to reach Kapil's place in the morning and he shouldn't leave until Kapil starts his workout session." But Kapil gave one excuse after the other saying he's not at home or that he's sleeping. Sonu further added: "I had given strict instructions to Yogesh to not leave Kapil's place until he agrees even if the night passes. Finally, Kapil Paaji adapted slowly and steadily and he completely adapted a fitness regime that he's continuing even today. It has been so many years since then."

Kapil left everyone including Sonu Sood in splits of laughter when he pulled his leg. Kapil joked, "KBC ka itna craze or asar hai logon par ki banda bhool jaata hai uski personal life mein kya ho raha hai. Ab dekho abhi kuch dinon pehle Paaji (sonu sood) ke ghar par Income Tax ki raid hui...uss hisaab se inko crorepati khelne aana chahiye tha aaj phir bhi aaye." He further joked the audiences today took a lot of time to sit for the episode because Sonu was busy escorting them to their homes. Both Big B and Sonu burst out laughing.

Kapil Sharma presented a few of his comic acts and imitates Big B. He jokes when somebody visits Big B's house as a guest he gives four options to choose from tea, coffee, buttermilk or lemonade. Furthermore, he imitated Amitabh Bachchan and repeated his lines from the show. Kapil lifted everyone's mood and made everyone laugh out loud with his funny acts.

The ace comedian shares that it is his mother's carefree and innocent nature from where he has got his comic skills. He says that he has learnt to be happy and laugh at tough situations from his mother. Kapil further reveals that in today's time people get divorced and offended by their partner's joke but his parents always took everything with a pinch of salt. He even shares that his mother had planned to join him on KBC 13 but she had fever and she couldn't come.
