The youtuber created history by lifting the trophy post entering the show as a wildcard contestant.

After being released from the snake venom case, he remained a prominent figure. The latest post from his social media page throws light on the discrepancies surrounding the NEET UG-2024 results.

In his post, Elvish Yadav begs for a probe of the NEET UG-2024 results, citing student worries about the exam process. The post raised concerns about an unusually high number of candidates achieving the top rank, suspicions of paper leaks, and unethical grading processes. Elvish Yadav emphasised the importance of a thorough inquiry, resharing a post outlining the controversy around the findings.

In March 2024, Yadav made headlines when fellow YouTuber Sagar Thakur aka Maxtern accused him of attempting to break his spine during an incident. The Gurgaon police interrogated Yadav. Later, he uploaded a clarifying video in which he claimed that Maxtern had filmed the entire episode and threatened to burn his parents alive. However, the two later posed for a photo, appearing to have buried the hatchet.

Elvish and Manisha were the talk of the town for their bond inside the Bigg Boss house. However, post a song deal where their disagreement began over the cover photo of a shared post. She explained that, while Elvish was meant to use one of his images with her, he ignored it and instead posted a photo of himself with Akshay Kumar.

She urged Yadav and his staff to replace that photo with one of her. Despite multiple pleas, Yadav and his team refused, forcing Manisha to unfollow him on Instagram. Elvish also explained why he used his photo with Akshay Kumar for the brand post. He stated that it would have expanded their reach, resulting in more brand revenue.

In 2023, the winner of 'Bigg Boss OTT' was jailed for selling snake venom as a recreational drug at parties. The YouTuber was arrested by UP police after venom from the Cobra Krait species was discovered in his possession. Yadav was arrested in connection with this case in March 2024. He admits to being guilty.

Yadav also had a dispute with a journalist who questioned his visit to the famous Vaishnodevi Mandir in December 2023. Yadav attempted to snatch his microphone.

Elvish also engaged in a public spat with fellow YouTuber Abhishek Malhan aka Fukra Insaan, accusing him of using negative publicity against him and attempting to destroy his reputation. However, the latter responded, claiming that Yadav was attempting to get fame through false claims. The two, who had been friends during their time on 'Bigg Boss OTT', were estranged after this incident.
