Healing post first miscarriage

I was already 36 when I got married and we knew that ek saal mein humko kar lena chahiye, you know, bachcha. I recently revealed that I did have a miscarriage. You mentioned. Toh ek deed saal usmein nikal gaya, for me to like, recover from that and, you know, hoping that, okay, let's try again or whatever. Because you can't immediately get successful. It was about eight, nine weeks and I lost the baby. So, that was also a natural conception. You expect everything to be absolutely, ab toh theek hi hai sab. But we didn't expect to lose my first child. And so that was very, very, very difficult. But usse phir bahar aane ke liye, it took a year.

Their family planning

When I conceived Zehaan, then everything went, you know, like smooth and all of that. By the time I conceived, I was 38. And then I had, I had Zehaan when I was 39. And then there was no time. If I had to have a baby, I had to have a baby.

Shooting for action sequences through pregnancies

I was shooting throughout my first pregnancy. Mere dono pregnancies mein, first three months tak I was shooting action shows. So, both my babies are going to be action babies and Zehaan already is. In the second pregnancy, I was blasting bombs and all of that. Teen mahine tak I was shooting proper climax of Fauji 2. Aur bomb phoot rahe hain, main bhaag rahe hain, chases ho rahe hain, guns chal rahe hain, all of that I've done. I can't be unprofessional and say, I can't do this, I can't do that. They're very accommodating. Jo bhi art directors the, sorry, action directors the, humare jo show ke directors the, producers the, they were very accommodating. But, haan, harness pe nahi chadhoge aap.

On action coincidences

Toh uske action ke dauran, I had my first baby in my stomach. So, I've done horse riding, everything. But uske kuch ek maine baad, I lost the baby. But pata nahi yeh kya strange real thing hai ke, action, I'm shooting always action when I'm pregnant. It's really funny. So, it was not a transition, it was just a decision that, of course, we want to have a family.

Growing patience post motherhood

The only thing that it has changed in me is that, I mean, I don't think I'm as patient with everyone else, as I am with my children. Are you only patient with your child? No, no, I am patient otherwise also, but I don't have that much patience generally in life. But with my child, I'm extremely patient. There have been times mujhe aisa laga ke, meri aankh fat chuki hai, toot chuki hai, meri aankh pe itne zor. But the patience I showed in there, I was like, I have to show my mother some more patience than that. Then I think I can. Because, you know, I have realized that, hum kaafi rishton ko for granted le lete hain, jab tak tumhare paas bachcha nahi hota hai. I have become way more patient after Zaid in my life. But Zehaan ke saath toh, I am ultimate.

7/7

Zaid as a father

I think Zaid as a father, although he's six years younger than me, he's beautiful. And what, his responsibility is. Because he also came from a, separated family, and he had things that he has, always thought ki bhai, mera beta hoga toh mein yeh sab karunga. But he does more than that. He is, I didn't have to teach him, ke yeh karna hai, yeh karna hai, yeh karna hai, and there are things that, he doesn't know of also, and I don't expect him to know that, because, I think hum, bahot zyada bhaar bhi dal dete hain.
