​Shaheer Sheikh

Shaheer Sheikh, who plays Krishna in Woh Toh Hai Albelaa, posted a photo of his physical transformation on Instagram. He explained how he got started, how he looks, and how he got there. Yes, it was not a sudden change, but one that the actor worked on over the period of time. He started with a slight paunch but managed to shred it and now has abs and a flat belly. He captioned the video, "Last 3 months #stepbystep (sic)"

​Shoaib Ibrahim

Shoaib Ibrahim enjoys working out. His Instagram feed demonstrates that he follows a strict workout routine and a diet regimen too. The actor recently revealed a photo of his before and after physical transformation over the last four months. The photographs illustrate how he transformed himself in four months with complete dedication and hard work.

Along with the photo, Shoaib wrote a lengthy note on his journey from gaining weight to showcasing his six-pack abs. "The first pic is me 4 months ago when I decided now it's time to get tough on myself again," the actor commented alongside the photo. And the second is just now, where my four mahine ka hard work is showing!!!"

Shaleen Malhotra

Shaleen Malhotra, who played Karan Shergill in the TV show Ziddi Dil Maane Na, shared his fitness mantra in a recent Instagram post. The actor's photo shows him showcasing his washboard abs and sharing the benefits of 'diet, effort and discipline'. The actor had exclusively spoken to ETimes TV revealing that he had been working out for a transformation and the post is proof of the significant change in his appearance.

​Jay Soni

Before joining the show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Jay Soni exclusively shared with BT that he lost weight to look young in the show. He said, "I had reduced a few kilos for my web show and then I further reduced a few more kilos for the show. And now it has helped me for Yeh Rishta because Akshara is a girl in her early 20s and many people have told me that I look just a few years older than her. I like to keep fit and avoid parties or late-night binge eating. I have a strict regime and probably that's what helps. Besides, it helps in my work, too."

​Harshad Chopda

Harshad Chopda underwent a massive transformation for his character Abhimanyu in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, however with the leaps the actor chose to showcase his physical appearance according to the character's demand. He transformed into a leaner shape to fit the post-leap look in the show. Harshad also keeps experimenting with his physical appearance as a whole whenever the show demands.

Despite turning 51, Vikas has made sure that he takes care of his health and is quite focused on his diet. Vikas follows a strict regime and never misses out on his workout. Anupam Mittal recently revealed that he exercises with weights, yoga, running, martial arts, and swimming to maintain himself physically fit, mentally aware, and at peace. He is a fitness freak and he had shared a long note about staying disciplined towards his workout. Ashneer Grover underwent a major transformation after the show Shark Tank India. The former Shark revealed that he lost around 10 kgs and also disclosed the two mantras that aided him greatly. Ashneer took to his Instagram handle and shared two photos, one of which he captioned, "10 kgs down! Simply discipline and zidd (stubbornness)". He previously posted another photo with the caption: "Losing inches and kilos! Eating healthy and walking miles."
