Elvish had roasted Salman Khan
In 2019, Elvish had made a massive roast video on Salman Khan where he called the actor a criminal. In the vlog, he said, "The whole Bollywood Industry is afraid of Salman Khan, nobody came in support when he ate Vivek Oberoi's career. He has only launched women in the Industry. He helps the needy and also runs his car over them. He has a hit-and-run and blackbuck case on his head and is still roaming freely. He also helps other criminals like Sooraj Pancholi." Currently, this roast of his has yet again gone viral and there has been a fan war on social media handles.
Elvish had said he never wanted to be a part of Bigg Boss and now he is a contestant
Elvish also shared in a one-on-one, that he was offered Bigg Boss in 2019 but he didn't do it despite clearing the audition round. He revealed, "They were approaching TikTokers too back then and I had just released Salman Khan's roast video. I would never go to such a show with TikTokers for sure." However, currently, Elvish is locked inside the Bigg Boss OTT 2 house.
When Elvish fat-shamed Aashika Bhatia in a roast
During lockdown, Elvish was quite active with making roast videos on his channel and he roasted fellow vlogger Aashika Bhatia for her weight. He fat-shamed her in the whole video which turned into a huge online brawl and Aashika was about to lodge a police complaint against Elvish. Now, in Bigg Boss OTT 2, Aashika and Elvish have turned good friends and left the fight in the past.
Dhruv Rathee and Elvish Yadav's massive disagreement
Elvish had also massively roasted Dhruv Rathee after his video on Kerala Files got viral. Elvish stated that Dhruv's facts were wrong. They ended up in a huge online war. He also accused Dhruv of spreading false information. This also sparked a fan war, later Dhruv clarified in another vlog and stated that his facts were based on the estimated data.
Elvish was accused of stealing flower pots from G20 Summit
Elvish Yadav encountered controversy in March 2023 after a video of two men stealing flower pots from the Gurugram location of the G20 Summit went viral. Netizens happened to observe that the stolen pots were placed in a car with the same number plate number as the YouTuber's rally car. However, he later clarified that it was not his personal car and he had rented it for rally purposes.
Swara Bhasker accused Elvish of insulting her
Swara Bhasker, a Bollywood actress, and Elvish also had major disagreements. He tweeted about how only Hindu temples in India had to pay taxes, which was the beginning of everything in October 2021. At this point, Swara Bhasker called him out and responded with the tweet, "Liar, liar! Chaddhi Is Burning. After a few more tweets, it degenerated into a vicious internet conflict. Swara went to report him after he insulted her modesty and encouraged unfavourable hashtags. #SwaraApniUngliSambhal served as the hashtag.
