From revealing how she was underpaid when she entered Pavitra Rishta to working with Amitabh Bachchan: Usha Nadkarni makes candid revelations

Mr Faisu often keeps his fans entertained with his vlogs on YouTube. He recently welcomed Usha Nadkarni in his video, and the two decided to cook together and have a candid chat. There, Usha opened up about her life, being underpaid, and more. Here’s a look:-

Faisu welcomed Usha Tai to his latest YouTube video and recalled memories made at Celebrity MasterChef. He then asked her for advice before he gets married. Usha responds by saying that one has to experience marriage themselves. She further asked him to find a good girl and take care of her.

Mr Faisu asked Usha Tai about her Pavitra Rishta days and how she bagged the show. Usha mentioned being a Marathi artist during that time and receiving a call for audition. She further mentioned that after she got selected for the role, she was offered a low amount. Usha emphasised how Marathi artists are not paid well and sometimes only receive Rs 8–10 thousand.

The duo recalled memories made on Celebrity MasterChef. Usha revealed how she didn’t know Faisu would be able to cook great food when she first entered the show. The two then recalled times when they performed together for a task. Usha Tai also praised Gaurav Khanna for being a good chef.

Usha revealed that she once worked with Amitabh Bachchan and is really a big fan of his work. She said, “I really like Amitabh Bachchan as an artist. He’s great, and I worked with him for a movie. During that time, I was so nervous that I’ve no words for it. I was smitten by him and even clicked a selfie.” She further recalled working with other Bollywood actors like Akshay Kumar, Shah Rukh Khan, and more.

Usha mentioned how once all the responsibilities of the house were on her shoulders and she had to take care of everyone in the family. She shared that those days made her tough, and she learnt many things through those incidents. Faisu praised her for always standing up for herself.

While recalling one of the tasks from Celebrity MasterChef, Faisu mentioned how Ranveer Brar is really ‘nice.’ Usha agreed with him and said that he’s a sweet person. Mr Faisu later mentioned that he bought his iconic Ranveer Brar labelled knife recently. The duo then enjoyed their time cooking together.
