Anupam Mittal has been one of the Sharks who is extremely focused on fitness, however, this wasn't the case before. Fans shared pictures of Anupam from the early days when he had just started with his business. Netizens shared pictures of the Shark's transformation.

A fan shared a picture of Anupam Mittal from his youthful days where the Shark was quite chubby. Even his face looked fuller. A user wrote, "Can't believe this is Anupam from Shark Tank India."

​His determination to get fitter

Anupam is known for his fitness zeal, the shark looked quite determined towards getting fitter with each passing day. Fans wrote, "He did choose to lose those extra kilos soon." Anupam had earlier mentioned he has always been someone who loves working out, he revealed that he has been working out since he was a teenager during his college days. For him, the worst phase of his life has been when he was not able to exercise.

Anupam's intriguing fitness regime

Talking about his love for fitness, Anupam shared on The Kapil Sharma Show that he practises various forms of exercise, including weights, yoga, running, martial arts, and swimming, which keeps him physically strong, intellectually alert, and his mind at peace.

Anupam is a gym freak

The Shark began his fitness journey simply to look good, but as all gymgoers know, it quickly became an addiction for him. Anupam Mittal has never been a sportsperson or athlete, yet he believes that physical activity makes him happy.

​Anupam also has a personal trainer

Anupam has hired a personal trainer to assist him stay fit at the gym and coach him through boxing and other sorts of training because the Shark is very busy managing everything in a day. His professional trainer is also an expert in biomechanics and has extensive knowledge of the subject. The trainer is preparing him to avoid further injuries.

​Held back due to an injury

Talking about his regime, Anupam practices yoga five days a week, three-morning walks, and weights three days a week, in addition to a variety of core and functional activities. "I don't play tennis as frequently as I used to," he shared, and due to his present injury, he can't practise martial arts. However, he has been meddling with boxing to stay fit and goes for lighter gym exercises that help him stay fit.

​When Anupam underwent surgery, yet continued to focus on fitness

Anupam underwent shoulder surgery, however, soon after he recovered he was back in the gym focusing on fitness. The Shark shared a reel where he was seen exercising with one hand wrapped in the fracture bandage. He wrote, "5 months since the surgery and it still feels like every day is legs day … Goal is to be fighting fit in 6-8 weeks from now, 3 full months ahead of schedule. Mushkil hai lekin Mehnat aur Maksad se Mumkin hai."

​Anupam's toughest obstacle in fitness

Anupam Mittal explains that his most difficult obstacle in the fitness path is his ailments, and that his shoulder problem prevents him from participating in martial arts activities. He claims that the problem is that it occurs every year, and that he will keep increasing the intensity until I smash something.
