From eating small meals to intermittent fasting and portion control; When Munmun Dutta gave a glimpse of her strict diet and routine

Munmun Dutta, best known for her role as Babita in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, previously discussed her nutrition in one of her vlogs. Munmun also discussed her commitment to intermittent fasting in her vlog, as well as her belief in consuming tiny portions of food. Here's what Munmun Dutta consumes every day to stay fit and stunning.

2/7

Pre-workout regime

Munmun Dutta begins her day by waking up at 5:30 a.m. As she wakes up, she prioritises hydration and drinks plenty of water. Before going to the gym, she eats a banana and a variety of dry fruits, including soaked almonds and pistachios. This allows her to stay fit before starting her demanding workout routine.

3/7

Her breakfast

Munmun often prefers home-cooked breakfasts after her workouts, when her schedule allows. In her vlog, she admits that on busier days, she may skip breakfast and opt for a glass of milk or water instead. When she has time, Munmun enjoys Indian cuisine such as Dosa, Poha, and Upma. In the video, she is seen enjoying a bowl of porridge and fresh fruit.

4/7

Munmun's home-cooked lunch

Munmun believes that home-cooked meals are the best option for lunch. Her platters feature roti, rice, a colourful vegetable mix, and flavourful dal. She proudly embraces her background in the video, emphasising her love of Bengali cuisine. She even stated that she prefers eating rice over roti. In her video, she explains how she orders her cook to create foods in traditional Bengali style.

5/7

Her elaborated meal

Munmun was spotted eating pachforan (traditional Bengali style) Masoor dal, bhindi (okra), her favourite vegetable, radish, and salad (beetroot, carrot, cucumber, seasoned with black salt or pepper and coriander). Munmun believes in taking ghee with her lunch because it is a beneficial fat source. Munmun states that she avoids wheat, yet she like parathas.

6/7

Her quick snack

Munmun treats herself to a simple but nutritious evening snack: a bowl of homemade fruit and masala quinoa. The Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actress then infuses her tea with lemongrass and ginger.

7/7

Munmun's dinner

Mumun stated that dinner is frequently the same as lunch. She professes a preference for the plain Dal Khichdi. Dutta also mentioned in her vlog that she enjoys half-fried eggs with her sourdough.
