From a massive living area to an entertainment room and art collection: Ram Kapoor’s approximately Rs 20 crore Mumbai house

Ram Kapoor enjoys a lavish lifestyle in Mumbai with wife Gautami and kids. He once gave a glimpse of his luxurious Mumbai house in a Farah Khan’s vlog. The house is worth around Rs 20 crore and includes an entertainment room, bar and much more. Here’s a look at his lavish Mumbai house:

2/7

The living room

The living room has a big L-shaped beige sofa placed under a beautiful wall painting, and it opens up to a breezy balcony. It feels both artistic and cozy at the same time. It’s a perfect place to relax, host guests, and spend quality time with family.

3/7

The bedroom

The bedroom is a calm and cozy space, designed for rest and relaxation. With soft lighting, comfortable bedding, and simple decor, it feels peaceful compared to the rest of the house. It’s a private corner where Ram can unwind after a long day, away from all the noise and activity.

4/7

The art collection

Farah was surprised to see a large portrait of Ram styled like Pablo Escobar. Ram shared, “It was gifted to me after Neeyat and reminds me of my weight loss journey.” The portrait is creative and meaningful, representing a proud moment in his life.

5/7

The bar

Ram’s coffin-shaped bar table is the highlight of the party area. Jokingly, he said, “Peeyo aur yehi pe marr jao. My friends drink so much, they’ll end up here.” It may sound dark, but it matches his fun and quirky sense of humour and adds a playful vibe to the house.

6/7

The kitchen

The couple’s clean, all-white kitchen feels calm and peaceful, especially with an air conditioner adding comfort. Farah joined them to make raw papaya-mango salad and crispy kanda bhaji. With its neat look and cool atmosphere, it’s a great place for cooking and chatting together.

7/7

The entertainment room

The entertainment room is painted in bold red and black colours, showing Ram’s love for movies and drama. He said, “This is where I watch my movies,” while showing a movable TV. It’s his private space made for comfort and a great viewing experience. The overall vibe is dark, stylish, and very much like Ram.
