Did the dispute between the parents of the

The mother of the daughter in the case had allegedly said that no such incident happened on the set and the daughter was tutored by the father of the girl.

DCP

Sanjay Patil said, "She is just a five-year-old and cannot be tutored and the medical officer also has her report. The mother's role in the case is also being investigated in the case.''

Actor Pearl V Puri was arrested by the

Waliv police

on June 4 under section u/s IPC 376 AB, r/w POCSO Act 4, 8, 12,19, 21.

He was arrested in an old case that was filed at Waliv police station in 2019 in the Mira Bhayander Commissionerate. He is likely to be produced in court today (June 5).

MBVC Commissioner Sadanand Datte informed that the actor was arrested on Friday (June 4) evening in a sexual assault case of a minor. But the action was taken after the DCP vetted the case and evidence was collected.
