Celebs who swear by Caesar salad bowls!

They need to stay fit and look their best. Naturally, they have to eat right. So salads have become an integral part of celebs' diet. One salad that seems to be a hit among TV actors is Caesar's salad. And well today is recognsied as Caesar's Salad Day the world over. So we decided to speak to a few TV celebs who swear by this bowl of goodness.

2/9

Sharad Malhotra

Naagin actor shares, “I would any day prefer to have Caesar Salad over a main course. It's like a firework of flavours in your mouth when you have it, and it's so filling too. It has lettuce, croutons, lemon, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, egg, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper, and is a highlight of any good restaurant. It has some calories, but love and a good bowl of Caesar Salad is all I ask for.”

3/9

Nikki Tamboli

The Bigg Boss 14 contestant shares, “Caesar salad is actually the best and easiest item in terms of making it. The best part is you can experiment with it by adding your own ingredients. I opt for this and make sure to include it in my diet. There are times when I crave for it, moreover it tantalizes the taste bud like anything. It's actually a great thing to have a day for all the Caeser salad lovers like us where we can celebrate!”

Rithvik Dhanjani

The host of Super Dancer shares, “Caesar salad is my go-to dish no matter which part of the country I am in. When you're in a strange city and dining at strange eateries, you're hesitant to try new foods, but you can always bank on a Caesar salad.”

5/9

Kamna Pathak

The Happu Ki Ultan Paltan actress shares, “Caesar salad is one my favourites. There are times when I request the restaurants to add fruits like green apples, pomegranate and seasonal fruits. It tastes good too and my personal favourite is adding vinegar too. So it is healthy and tasty as well. And making this salad is easy too which one can carry too and make it myself.”

6/9

Akshay Kharodia

The Pandya store actor shares, “Whenever I go to a restaurant with my friends or family, I only prefer ordering Chicken Caesar Salad. I don't like oily and food with lots of spices so I prefer Caesar salad. It's the proper mixture of proteins, carbohydrates and everything. It is good for a meal.”

7/9

Amitt Singh

The Ranju Ki Betiyan actor shares, “When I’m visiting a random place and have no idea about what to order from a random restaurant, I can always count on Caesar salad. When I’m on strict diet and have to eat boiled chicken, I prefer to make Caesar salad and add the boiled chicken chunks in it. It’s tasty and healthy too. It gives me protein from chicken, fiber from lettuce and other vegetables and healthy fat from olive oil. This is my perfect post workout food.”

Pulkit Bangia

The Apna Time Bhi Aayega actor says, “A bowl of Caesar salad has everything I need. Right from the necessary fibres to the right amount of potassium I need. I think I can eat it anytime I feel like. I carry it while I am shooting too because I don’t prefer eating anything else. There is café nearby that delivers it to me without even me placing an order, this might give you an idea about how much I like it.”

9/9

Viviana Singh

The Apna Time Bhi Aayega actress shares, “The first salad that I tried during my college days was the Caesar salad. After trying it, I realized I really loved its dressing, and decided to try more of such salads. Now it has become a major part of my diet and often, when I don't feel like eating anything heavy, this salad is my go to meal. People often have the perception that mainly diet conscious people consume salads, but trust me, there are few like me who wouldn't mind having their plates decorated with romaine lettuce and vegetables.”
