Bigg Boss OTT winner Divya Agarwal’s new house boasts of a huge balcony, minimalistic décor and a glam vanity room

Reality TV personality Divya Agarwal has shifted to a new space in Chembur. The actress’ new space boasts of a huge balcony, a massive living room space and a lot more. Divya, in a new video showed her house and wrote that she herself has taken care of the interiors.

Divya spoke about shifting to Chembur (a suburban area in Central Mumbai) and there’s a reason behind it. She said, “Many years back, I used to live here with my parents. My schooling was in Chembur. I have so many memories here. And also, affording a space in Chembur was much cheaper than Bandra. It wasn't easy shifting here randomly. It had been years. Hunting a house here was also difficult. I had a few specifications in mind about how I wanted my house to be. I wanted a big space, where I could shoot."

Divya spoke about keeping the house in one colour as it was a huge space and she didn’t want a cluttered look. She kept the walls white with black accents running on the ceiling, as furniture. The doors in her rooms are also painted black. She kept geometric patterned furniture.

A black accent cabinet filled with glass crockery grabs all the attention. There’s also a mini refrigerator for drinks because she doesn’t want to crowd the kitchen refrigerator.

Divya spoke about the carefully and thoughtfully done vanity room. She shared, “While usually for major shoots I step out but for all my personal shoots, I get ready here.” She also kept an adjustable bed, which can accommodate 4 people. She specifically kept it for her team members and anybody who felt like crashing at her place. Also, don’t miss all her pair of sneakers adorning around the vanity mirror.

The vanity room also boasts of an excellence shelf, which features all her trophies and in her words, she has to achieve a lot more. Right opposite to the shelf, her late father’s photo is placed and she shared, “I feel he is looking at all my achievements.” The room also has a clothes rack and a cupboard, which Divya assembled by herself.

Divya wanted a big balcony, which would get a lot of sunlight. Her balcony boasts of all her greens. Apart from flower plants, she also has homegrown vegetables like green chili, lime, sweet lime, eggplant, tomato. She is trying to grow curry leave plants and onions and is in a learning process. She also has a tulsi plant.

Divya also makes ‘mini worlds’ made with colourful sand and finds it therapeutic. She has a forest garden, beach and a garden. She also has a sparrow house and keeps water and grains for the birds to feed on.
