Bigg Boss 17: From comparing her to actress Lalita Pawar to making her read '7 vachans' for bahu Ankita Lokhande: Salman Khan gets into a fun banter with Vicky Jain's mom Ranjana

Controversial reality show Bigg Boss 17 has wrapped up its curtains with Munawar Faruqui lifting the trophy. While there were many fun and interesting moments from the show, one that caught many eyeballs was the fun banter between host Salman Khan and Ankita Lokhande’s mother-in-law Ranjana ji. Vicky Jain’s mom once again entertained fans with her fun and bold personality. After Vicky and Ankita Lokhande performed a dance on a romantic song, host Salman Khan showed a video of Ankita’s journey. However, after watching the video, he mentioned that Ranjana ji (Vicky’s mom) was the major highlight of Ankita’s journey. He laughed uncontrollably and had a fun interaction with Vicky Jain’s mom.

Salman Khan mentioned how he wants to work with Vicky Jain’s mom and asked her to be a part of the controversial reality show in the future. Salman Khan asked her, “aap karengi na mere saath kaam.” Responding to the same, she said, “Himmat nahi hai, bohot jhagde hai ussme.” Salman laughed and said, “Arre season me hi aapka fast rakhwa denge, hum aapka bhuka rakhege, Navratri ke time rakh lenge shoot.”

Host Salman Khan mentioned how Ankita and Vicky got married four times till now. He further asked her to make 7 vachans (promises) to her mother-in-law and in return she will make some promises too. Ankita agrees to the same and said, “I’ll keep Vicky happy, be there for him all the time, take care of the family and more.” Later, the host requested Vicky’s mom to do the same. However, instead of making promises, she made a few demands from Ankita. Salman Khan starts to laugh and asked Ranjana ji to make promises instead. She said, “Ankita ye promise karo ke aise show main nahi aaogi ki humari image pani main chali jaye.”

Salman tells Ranjana ji that every love marriage has fights. He further asks her if she has fights in her marriage. Ranjana ji denied and said that ‘Aise jagde kabhi nahi hue.’ Salman further asked her if it was a love marriage or arrange marriage and to everyone’s surprise she revealed it was a love marriage. She then revealed that they never had any big fights.

Host Salman Khan asked Ranjana ji not to interfere between Vicky and Ankita’s marriage as they have a long way to go. However, he further jokes saying, “Bharat ki janta agar future main Vicky-Ankita main problems aati hai, divorce hota hai toh batao usska karan kon hongi (hinting towards Ranjana ji.)” Ankita adds and says, “Nahi sir mumma bohot achi.” Ranjana ji adds and says, “Sun toh lete hai humari taarif horahi hai.”

After host Salman Khan mentions that Vicky’s family is going to take Ankita straight to Bilaspur, Ranjana ji recites a shayari. She said, “Fiza kittni bhi rangin ho, hum humari chandani bikhrate hi rahe.” She then jokes said, “Ankita tumhe toh Bilaspur leke jaana hai, vohi toh hai saara pyaar.”

Host Salman Khan was teasing Ranjana ji and Ankita for all the chaos that former's comments had caused in the media. The host even got Ankita Lokhande and her mother-in-law to make some promises to each other. While, Ankita promised to take care of her family, her mother-in-law, and stay with Vicky all her life, Rajana’s comment was not something that the actress has expected. Upon her turn, Ranjana ji said that Ankita should promise to never take part in a show ‘jahan parivaar ki izzat mitti mein mil jaae (where you spoil the family's name).’

Salman Khan tells Ranjana ji that if Ankita wins the show, Ranjana ji will be responsible as she won many hearts with her fun personality recently. He then mentioned how she reminds him of an actress and then takes Lalita Pawar’s name. He said, “Mujhe Lalita Pawar ji ki yaad aai, purani actress hai.. vo vese character ada karti thi but she’s the nicest lady out there.”
