Anupamaa update, September 21: Anupamaa panics as Kinjal and Anuj need her attention in emergency

In today's episode, Barkha tries to tell Kinjal that she needs to divorce Toshu and live her life independently because she is capable of doing so. Kinjal thanks her and expresses her desire to be alone. Baa instructs Samar to take her to where Toshu is residing because he is contemplating suicide.Kinjal rushes to Anuj and informs him that Arya is strangling and talks to Anupamaa on a video call. Anupamaa, tells Kinjal to continue patting Arya on the back. Anuj requests Adhik to contact a doctor. Baa informs Vanraj that Anupamaa is the reason for Toshu's broken marriage. Vanraj suggests that they give Kinjal some space. Baa informs Toshu that he is contemplating suicide and that they should bring him back into the house. Anupamaa reaches out and forces Anuj to sit after he hits his head on the table. Kinjal panics and Anupamaa feels bad because she was not able to handle the situation. Anuj receives a call from Anu's school stating that her admission is not possible because Anupamaa did not complete the application on time. Anupamaa sobs and confesses that she has failed every relationship she has ever had. They request that she calm down. Vanraj contacts Toshu and invites him to his home. Toshu tells him that he held him accountable for one mistake, but he repeated the mistake for eight years, and that he will do something that will harm everyone. Vanraj becomes concerned. Anuj later puts Anupamaa to sleep. Kinjal appears and informs Anuj that she intends to leave because she is worried about Anupamaa. Anuj tells her not to stress and tells her to go to bed. Anupamaa mentions work in her dream, and he tells her she needs to rest first before she can handle anything.
