The show must go on: Here’s how Bengali TV industry started shooting following precautionary norms

Bengali television industry started shooting since yesterday. Artists, technicians, crew members tried to get back to the old rhythm keeping safety measures on. On day one of shoot post-lockdown, the actors, make-up artists, crew members and others tried to get accustomed with mask, gloves, PPE kits, hand sanitizer and social distancing as they got busy on the shooting floor. Let’s take a look how the artists of ‘Ki Kore Bolbo Tomay’, ‘Rani Rashmoni’, ‘Alo Chhaya’, ‘Sarbamangala’, ‘Chuni Panna’ enjoyed shooting after almost 3 months of break. (Photo: Facebook)

Keep mask and positivity ON:

Actor Dibyojyoti Dutta enjoyed the first day of the shoot. Well, the popular actor was full of enthusiasm as he attended the first day of shoot after lockdown. Until he was required to deliver dialogue or do his make-up, the actor kept his mask on. He kept another thing ‘ON’ while shooting- his positive attitude.

 The 'new normal':

From the picture of make-up room to the shooing floor, everything has changed a bit keeping in sync with the ‘new normal’. Along with remembering your lines maintain hygienic norms are a must. Look at Indranil Chatterjee aka Sarthak from ‘Ke Apon Ke Por’, as he reads his scenes inside the make-up room. (Photo: Facebook)

Maintain social distancing:

Ki Kore Bolbo Tomay’s Radhika and Karna met after a long time but they maintained social distancing. Keeping a pace with the ‘new normal’ actors Swastika Dutta (as Radhika) and Krushal Ahuja (playing Karna), had their masks on, used hand sanitizer and maintained social distancing norms on the shooting floor. They shot for their show.

Stay alert stay safe:

Keeping positive energy on high level, team ‘Alo Chhaya’ had a busy shoot schedule. But they also followed precautionary measures to avoid COVID-19 spread. Actors Debadrita Basu and Arnab Banerjee were elated to face the camera after a long time. But they also kept safety measures in mind. While Debadrita aka Alo didn’t forget to use hand sanitizer, Akash (Arnab) kept his mask on other than shooting for the show. (Photo: Facebook)

Following precautionary measures to the T:

On the sets of ‘Trinayani’, Nayan aka Shruti Das was seen following the precautionary measures in between the shots. See the pic...

Adda with a twist:

You can’t stop a true blue Bangali from enjoying an adda. The actors of TV show ‘Sarbamangala’ were elated to meet each other after a long time. Actors Hritojeet Chottopadhay, Riyanka Dasgupta and others were seen enjoying a few moments outside the make-up room and having an adda while but they maintained social distancing norms too! The show must go on:

Team ‘Rani Rashmoni’ was happy to be back. Rani Maa aka Ditipriya along with actor Sourav Saha (playing Sri Ramakrishna) were seen wearing mask and gloves. It was hard for Ditipriya to wear mask and take care of her make-up. To look convincing and much older than her real age, the young actress has to do heavy make-up and use wig. But she did the same just like other members of her team worked hard amid corona scare. After all, the show must go on!
