Puber Moyna: Roddur agrees to marry Moyna on certain conditions

‘Puber Moyna’ is set to witness the marriage of its lead pair, Roddur and Moyna. As per the current track of the Bengali television show, after Gunja elopes with Shreyash, Ronjaboti picks Moyna as her son’s bride and informs Roddur that he will be marrying her before the wedding night ends. After much dillydallying, Roddur decides to speak with Moyna regarding their marriage.Roddur and the Dasgupta family got the biggest shock on the evening of Roddur’s wedding as Gunja had fled the wedding venue with Shreyash deserting Roddur at the altar. On the evening of the wedding, as Gunja’s arrival was being delayed, her mother went up to fetch her daughter only to find her room empty. She checked Shreyash’s room and realised that Gunja had fled the wedding with Shreyash. Upon knowing that Gunja had fled with Shreyash, Roddur and the Dasgupta family felt humiliated and came back home.However, Ronjaboti became stubborn to get her son married on the same evening. To everyone’s surprise and shock, Ronjaboti picked Moyna as Roddur’s bride. Everyone in the family spoke against this match and Roddur was left speechless at his mother’s demand. Ronjaboti asked Moyna’s hand from Debshankar for Roddur. Debshankar told Ronjaboti that he wanted his daughter to study further before she got married. Ronjaboti assured him that Moyna would continue her studies even after marriage. Debshankar and Moyna’s grandmother finally agreed to the match. When Ronjaboti announced Roddur’s marriage to Moyna, Roddur locked himself inside his room. Despite everyone in the family knocking at his door, Roddur refused to let himself out. However, Moyna, with the presence of her mind, made Roddur come out of his room. Ronjaboti got upset with Roddur and decided to leave the Dasgupta residence. Roddur tried to stop his mother and finally agreed to speak with Moyna alone before deciding on their marriage. Roddur took Moyna to his room and presented her with a few terms and conditions before agreeing to the marriage. Roddur's family is infamous in their locality for their constant bickering, leading Roddur to vow never to marry. Moyna, who was married to a man from Bangladesh, with nefarious intentions, escapes from her dire situation and finds herself on the run.By chance, she encounters Roddur's mother, Ronjaboti and manages to save her belongings from thieves. Ronjaboti eventually gives her shelter. Moyna's simplicity and warmth gradually win over Roddur's family, bringing them closer together. Unaware of Moyna's past, Roddur marries her and Moyna eventually reveals her story to him. Roddur is initially shocked and outraged but chooses to keep her secret from the rest of the family. Just when it seems Moyna may find peace and happiness, her past resurfaces, threatening to disrupt their newfound harmony.
