Puber Moyna: Gunja turns up at the reception of Roddur and Moyna

‘Puber Moyna’ is packing drama in its current episodes after the protagonists Roddur and Moyna tied the knot. As per the current track of the Bengali television show, Gunja has come back after Shreyash left her at the hotel and took off.
As Gunja, who was supposed to marry Roddur, eloped with Shreyash leaving Roddur at the wedding altar, Roddur had to marry Moyna as per Ronjaboti’s instruction.However, Roddur had a few terms before he tied the knot with Moyna. He asked her to promise him that she would leave the Dasgupta residence once she became self-sufficient. Moyna agreed to Roddur’s conditions and promised him that she would never ask to be treated as his wife.
Finally, as per Ronjaboti’s instructions and wishes, Roddur and Moyna married each other. Once the post-wedding rituals were over, Ronjaboti decided to host the Boubhaat of Moyna on the next day as Debshankar and Moyna’s grandmother wanted to go back to Bangladesh as soon as possible.
On the other hand, Gunja woke up in the hotel room only to find Shreyash nowhere. Gunja got to know from the hotel manager that Shreyash had checked out earlier to catch his flight. Gunja realised that she had made a mistake and decided to head back home. However, she planned her comeback in a way so that she did not have to take the blame for the marriage fiasco. Gunja came back with a story of Shreyash abducting her forcefully on her wedding evening and keeping her hostage by blackmailing her. Gunja’s father believed her without even blinking an eye. However, Gunja’s mother did not find her story convincing. As per Gunja’s request, her parents decided to reach out to Roddur’s family to make amends.
Gunja, along with her parents, arrived at Roddur’s place and was surprised to see Roddur married to Moyna. Gunja kept up with her act and apologised profusely to Roddur and his family members with tears in her eyes. Gunja cribbed to Roddur to have a word with him in private, but Ronjaboti forbade him to do so. However, Moyna asked Ronjaboti to let them talk.

‘Puber Moyna’, starring Gourab Roy Chowdhury and Aishani De, aims to tell the story of Roddur Dasgupta, a young man from a unique and affluent joint family residing in North Kolkata. On the other hand, Moyna is a girl from Bangladesh, hailing from moderate means. Moyna and Roddur’s paths cross during the festivities of Durga Puja when Roddur rescues a drowning Moyna from the river. When Roddur brings Moyna to his home to treat her as a doctor and help her get back to her feet – Moyna forges a beautiful bond with his mother Ronjaboti.
Although Moyna and Roddur are mostly at loggerheads with each other, her simplicity and warmth gradually win over Roddur's family, bringing them closer together. In a twist of fate, Roddur and Moyna end up getting hitched. Will they ever find true companionship in each other? ‘Puber Moyna’ narrates the story of an unlikely bond that only grows fonder.
