Phagun Bou written update, March 26, 2019: Roddur’s identity leaves everyone in utter shock

, Aniruddha asks Mayurakshi to reveal the truth. But she seems to be determined not to reveal anything. Rather she tries to prove that

Malabika

is aware of the half-baked information.

Seeing Malabika and Mayurakshi arguing over an ornament,

Roddur

loses his calm. He requests them to leave the decision. But Malabika asks Mayurakshi to accept that she found the bangle on Roddur’s hand when she met him at the orphanage.

The other family members have no clue what Malabika and Mayurakshi are talking about.

When Mayurakshi lashes out at Malabika, Mohul requests her mother-in-law to let Malabika tell the truth. A helpless Mayurakshi seeks

Ankur

’s support. But he fails to remember anything related to the bangle.

Malabika finally reveals that the bangle still has the name ‘Babi’ inscribed on it, which proves that Roddur is her son.

These words leave everyone in utter shock. While, Mayurakshi doesn’t want to accept the truth, Malabika continues narrating about Roddur’s childhood as told by the jewellery shop owner.

Mayurakshi finally breaks down while Ankur tries to explain that no matter what, Roddur will be their son. But as a mother who brought up Roddur, Mayurakshi is unable to bear the pain.

Ankur explains that Roddur’s identity crisis will be over learning that he belongs to the Ghosh family. While, Mayurakshi asks Roddur not to refer to her as mother, Malabika says that she is grateful to the former. She shares that she is being able to meet her long lost son due to Mayurakshi.

Malabika asks Roddur to call Mayurakshi ‘Maa’, while addressing her as ‘Monima’. He agrees to it and holds Mayurakshi. They have an emotional moment. Roddur also hugs Aniruddha and Malabika.
