Phagun Bou written update, January 16, 2019: Gulmohar is upset after meeting Malabika

In the latest episode of Phagun Bou, Arati Mukherjee sings a beautiful song.

Mohul

and Roddur are seen extremely happy while

Anurup

and

Sonajhuri

are upset with the result.

After Arati Mukherjee’s performance, Anurup asks Sonajhuri to go outside and they leave the venue. Amrapali gets emotional hugs Mohul. The mother-daughter duo gets nostalgic. Mohul starts missing her father and says that he would have been happy for her.

Meanwhile, an upset

Gulmohar

is seen sitting in the house, thinking about the incidents. Mohul comes back with other family members and pours her heart out in front of Gulmohar, after telling him that she has won the competition. She expected him to be present in the auditorium. Gulmohar apparently tries to avoid the topic but eventually accepts that he had to leave for some urgent reason.

Everyone notices his gloomy face, although he is always jovial. Nilanjana directly states that he looks upset, which isn’t his nature at all.

Despite constant requests from each and every family member, he doesn’t reveal anything. They ask, whether he has lost any acting project. To which Gulmohar denies and says that such things do not affect him.

Mohul seeks Gulmohar’s blessings. Roddur too shares that Mohul expected him a lot during the show. Later, the family members talk about Anurup and Sonajhuri’s sudden disappearance.

Mohul says that Anurup isn’t happy with the result. In the meantime, Anurup and Sonajhuri comeback and he pretends to be not affected by Mohul’s success.

When Roddur tries to talk to him he gives his brother a cold shoulder.
