Jagaddhatri loses its spot to Anurager Chhowa; here are the top 5 shows

This week’s TRP charts have some interesting changes. Ankita Mallick starrer ‘Jagaddhatri’, which dominated the TRP charts for the last two weeks, has slipped down to number four. The Dibyojyoti Dutta and Swastika Ghosh starrer is back in the game. The high-octane drama revolving around estranged couple Surya-Deepa and their twin daughters Sona-Rupa, has worked in favour of ‘Anurager Chhowa’. The makers have been adding back-to-back twists including the kids lying in front of others and denying knowing Deepa, followed by her accident, an attack on the children, and Surya’s eventual realization that his wife might not be lying about Sona-Rupa. These tweaks managed to spice up the drama quotient it seems, helping ‘Anurager Chhowa’ to top the TRP charts again. (Photo: Facebook)

Rohit and Phulki’s story has been an instant hit among Bengali audiences. Usually spotted in the third spot, ‘Phulki’ has climbed up the ladder and secured second position this week. The love-hate chemistry between the protagonists is the USP of the Abhishek Bose and Divyani Mondal starrer. The current track, where Phulki’s sacrifice and her kind nature manage to win Rohit’s heart, seems to have won the hearts of Bengali audience too. (Photo: Facebook)

Otherwise perfect couple Parna-Srijan, who is currently having a rough patch in their relationship, has managed to woo the audience this week. The show has bagged the third spot on TRP charts. Gourab Roy Chowdhury and Shruti Das starrer ‘Ranga Bou’ has also secured a spot in top 5 list. It is in fifth spot. The show is currently airing a track, where protagonists Kush and Pakhi finally get their rights in Pyari Bhaban, while baddies Samar, Kiran and their wives get the taste of their own medicine.
