Reports have it that the initiative has been launched at Terminal-3 of IGI Airport that will allow passengers to use the facility through a simple three-step registration process. The registration process would involve passengers scanning their face and boarding pass, along with producing an identification proof to the security personnel who are stationed near the registration desk.
After their successful registration, passengers will get to travel without any hassle, inside the terminal, at the boarding gates, and even the security check area.

Revealing more about the initiative, CEO of Delhi International Airport Limited Videh Kumar Jaipuriar added that they have been relentlessly working toward improving the passenger experience at Delhi Airport, and that this latest initiative will let even those who are less familiar with technology to make full use of DigiYatra and travel seamlessly. He added that DigiYatra is a faster, safer and smoother way of travel, which aims to allow passengers to spend more time with their family and friends at the Airport.
As reported earlier, DigiYatra was launched on December 1, 2022, which ensures faster mobility of passengers to boarding gates, hassle-free travel, and dedicated gates for them while being completely contactless.
