You will definitely have one of a kind experience at Thermea by Nordik Spa-Nature, which offers Nordic-inspired treatments. This spa is one of the only in Manitoba that offers this kind of spa experience in the heart of nature. The experiences that one can have here are endless and are not just limited to Nordic baths, waterfalls and thermal rooms. If you do want the true Nordic experience though, the routine here is simple. Start off by warming up in the steam bath or the sauna for a maximum of 15 minutes. Next up is cold, whether you want to stand under the waterfall or take a jump into one of the cold pools. After that, it’s rest time for 15 minutes in one of the relaxation areas, either inside or out. This process is to be repeated around three times and at the end, the reward is a soak in the hot whirlpool. Besides these Nordic techniques, this spa also offers traditional spa services as well, such as deep tissue massages, hot stone massages, facials and hand and feet treatments. Finish your wonderful visit to this spa with a gourmet lunch at the in-house restaurant with terrace.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
