The Blue City of Jodhpur is soon going to host the much-awaited World Sacred Spirit Festival. A music event, the festival would be on for four days, from February 13 to February 16, 2020. This festival is an initiative by the Mehrangarh Museum Trust and aims to promote soulful music than transcends all boundaries of culture, community, and creeds. Read less
A wonderful initiative, this 4-day event would train the spotlights on primarily Sufi and Spiritual music. More than 200 artists would be gracing the event this year, coming together from 10 countries. It is expected that more than 3000 enthusiasts would be visiting the festival this year.
World Sacred Spirit Festival - the lineup
The festival this year would be graced by some of the most impressive names of the music industry, including Rakesh Chaurasia, Duo Bud, Ghulam Mohd Shah, Fana, Ustad Bahauddin Bagar, Kanishk Seth, Walid Ben Selim, Kavita Seth, Nourou Salam, Danish Hussain Budayuni, Manganiyar Children and more.
This musical extravaganza would be held at the equally extravagant Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur. The event timings and venues are different for the festival, details below:
