A candle-lit passageway welcomes you into the Nirva Spa—a wellness centre which specialises in blending Thai, Swedish, European and Oriental treatments. This Hyderabad spa’s most vaunted feature is its hydrotherapy section and all the individual therapy rooms are bathed in natural sunlight thanks to the large windows that overlook the garden outside. The ‘detoxification bath’ uses trace elements of seaweed to detoxify the body, while the ‘revitalizing bath’ eases fatigue and relaxes the body. The spa’s most popular massage is the ‘Vichy shower massage’—one that involves a rejuvenating scrub-massage to activate and then later relax the muscles.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
