This freshwater Scottish Loch is an iconic body of water and located just outside the city of Glasgow, making it a must stop on any trip to the city. Besides a huge body of water in which you can go boating, canoe or just walk the shoreline around, Loch Lomond is home to incredible charming villages. True cobblestone streets, cottages and local vendors will make for some picturesque photos. There is an opportunity to golf here at the Loch Lommond Golf Course and a great cycle path if you like to bike. At the very least, you should visit this body of water just to take it all in and appreciate it for what it is.
