Donghae City
A coastal city that has much to offer to travellers, Donghae City is full of mountains, and beaches. A whole different experience from the bustling city experience of Seoul, here you can expect to enjoy some quiet time. This is also home to the only natural cave in Korea, the Cheongok Golden Chest Cave. It takes about 3 hours to reach here from Seoul by road.
Suncheon
Located in South Korea's Jeolla province, Suncheon is the Korean countryside experience. There are temples, art studios, and natural reserves, all of which come together to give you the perfect holiday experience. A natural paradise, Suncheon is often the place where Korean period cinema is shot, and you will know why. It takes you back to simpler times.
