Some of the best ones are pork and celery dumplings, lamb and carrot dumplings as well as prawn and onion fried dumplings. Vegetarians don’t get disheartened! There are quite a few mouth-watering vegetarian dumplings prepared with spinach, carrot, mushroom and tofu! Xian Lao Man on Andingmen Nei Main Street has an extensive dumpling menu and is famous for its quick service. The portions are quite large and filling.
