It is also a befitting landmark for Maleny Cheese. A staffer will take you through the process of cheese-making which can be viewed through the giant glass windows, but the best part is the cheese-tasting, complete with crisp crackers. The establishment specializes in soft cheeses and a few yogurts and the mild flavours and subtle undertones in their range makes for a rather addictive tasting session, be prepared to come away slightly overdosed.
