As of now, the tourist transport business is being run by the taxi operators individually in Goa. In many previous occasions, the taxi operations have opposed the attempts made by popular online cab aggregators like Ola and Uber to start cab services in Goa. There were apprehensions among the taxi operators that such private cab services might hamper their transport business.

The app-based taxi services would operate from locations like GTDC hotels spread across the state, the airport, the Mormugao Port Trust jetty where vessels anchor, and St Monica Jetty in Panaji cruise, besides other spots.
